I have been passionate about food for as long as I can remember and have bags of enthusiasm when it comes to working with it. As a trained chef I simply know how to get the best out of products with the minimum of fuss. People enjoy working with me because of my imaginative, creative flair and for my easy, unflappable style. I am energetic, driven and focussed and as an experienced chef I am as comfortable with a large complex brief as I am with a straightforward pack shot.
I have a real passion for writing about food and developing recipes, and my first book STEW!, is published by Absolute Press in Feb 2011 and will be available via Amazon, Waterstones , the Book People and all good booksellers! I am also the enthusiastic author of food blog: “An Egg A day” - a really useful blog about the endless egg experimentation that stems from keeping 4 chickens in my urban back garden.
