Booking Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to a Fire Light Sessions event you agree to the following terms.
Tickets & Payment
- Tickets are £100 per person unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please notify us in advance with the new guest’s name so that we can update the guest list.
Event Changes & Postponement
- Fire Light Sessions events take place outdoors and will proceed in most weather conditions.
- In the unlikely event that severe weather or circumstances beyond our control make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, the event may be postponed.
- If this happens, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a credit will be issued for a future Fire Light Sessions event.
Outdoor Environment
- Our events take place in natural outdoor settings which may include uneven ground, mud, smoke, open fire, varying weather conditions and low lighting after sunset.
- Guests attend at their own discretion and are responsible for taking reasonable care while on site.
- Appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor terrain are recommended.
Fire & Cooking Safety
- Fire Light Sessions events centre around cooking with live fire and charcoal. Open flames, hot surfaces, smoke and cooking equipment will be present throughout the event.
- Guests are asked to remain aware of their surroundings and to follow any safety guidance provided by the Fire Light Sessions team.
- Guests must not interfere with fires, fuel, cooking equipment or grills unless invited to do so by the event team.
- By attending the event, guests acknowledge the presence of open fire and accept responsibility for exercising reasonable care while on site.
Guest Conduct & Safety
- For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Fire Light Sessions reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves, other guests, staff, or the event environment.
- This includes behaviour related to excessive intoxication or interference with cooking equipment or fire.
- No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Alcohol & Age Restrictions
- Fire Light Sessions events are strictly 18+.
- Guests may not bring outside alcohol onto the event site.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase from the event bar.
- The bar operates a cashless payment system and accepts card or contactless payments only.
Accessibility
- Event locations may involve natural terrain such as fields, woodland or uneven surfaces.
- If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so that we can advise where possible.
Photography
- Photographs may be taken during events for promotional and documentation purposes.
- By attending a Fire Light Sessions event, guests acknowledge that images taken during the event may be used on Fire Light Sessions websites, social media channels or related promotional materials.
Personal Property
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Fire Light Sessions cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged items during the event.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Fire Light Sessions reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
