Kamado Confidence – Friday 9 April 2027

Get more from your ceramic barbecue.

Bought a kamado and not quite sure you're getting the best from it? This hands-on class is all about understanding how these incredibly efficient barbecues actually work, so you can cook confidently rather than simply following temperatures and timings.

We'll explore lighting, airflow, fuel management and temperature control, learning how to set up your kamado for everything from hot and fast grilling to gentle roasting, smoking and even baking.

We'll work with a variety of ceramic barbecues, focusing on the principles that apply across different brands and models. You'll learn how to make adjustments, troubleshoot problems and get much more versatility from your kit.

And, as always, we'll finish the day sitting down together to enjoy a generous feast of everything we've cooked.
