Brisket, ribs, sausages and the art of cooking with smoke.

A hands-on day exploring American-style low and slow barbecue. We'll learn how to manage fire and smoke over long cooks, preparing brisket, ribs and homemade sausages, and understanding what makes these cuts so delicious when cooked slowly.

While the smokers are doing their thing, we'll get busy making a generous spread of sides, sauces and accompaniments. Because great barbecue is never just about the meat — everything alongside it matters too.

We'll finish the day sitting down together to enjoy a proper barbecue feast.

Why does this class cost a little more?

Low & Slow involves considerably more preparation time than our other classes, as well as more expensive ingredients, including beef brisket and ribs. The slightly higher price reflects the extra work and ingredients that go into making this a really special day.

Practical information

Classes last approximately six hours, with all food, ingredients and equipment provided.
