We'll prepare brisket, ribs and homemade sausages, learning how to manage fire, smoke and temperature over longer cooks. And while the smokers are doing their thing, we'll make a generous spread of sides, sauces and accompaniments.

This £235 voucher covers one place on our Low & Slow class, including all ingredients, equipment and approximately six hours of hands-on teaching.

How gift vouchers work

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient can choose their preferred Low & Slow class date, subject to availability.
