Get your fire cooking foundations right.

A friendly, hands-on day learning how to cook confidently over fire, whatever barbecue or fire pit you use at home. We'll cover fuel, airflow, temperature control, direct and indirect cooking, and plenty of delicious food along the way.

You'll cook over wood and charcoal, learn the why as well as the how , and finish the day sitting down together to enjoy everything we've made.

Practical information

Classes last approximately six hours, with all food, ingredients and equipment provided.
