Spice, Fire & Feast – Monday 19 April 2027

A feast of bold flavours, hot coals and generous sharing plates.

A hands-on day exploring the wonderful flavours of Turkey and the Levant, where cooking over fire is as much about gathering around the table as it is about the food itself.

We'll cook over hot coals and open fires, exploring fragrant spices, marinades and different grilling techniques. Expect beautifully charred vegetables, succulent meats, warm salads, vibrant sauces and plenty of delicious things to scoop up with freshly made flatbreads.

Along the way, we'll learn how to balance spice, acidity, smoke and texture, building a generous spread of dishes designed to be shared.

We'll finish the day sitting down together to enjoy everything we've cooked, with plenty of time to talk about what we've learned.

Practical information

Classes last approximately six hours, with all food, ingredients and equipment provided.
